These terms set the foundation for successful project delivery.

Pricing and Payment

1. Project cost will be agreed upon before work starts.

2. A minimum 50% upfront payment is required.

3. Remaining payment must be made before final delivery or project handover.

4. Payments are non-refundable after final approval or delivery.

Intellectual Property

1. Upon full payment, the website design and code become the client’s property.

2. We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise).

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

1. Any loss of data due to hosting/server issues

2. Losses resulting from website downtime or bugs after handover

3. Damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications by the client or third parties

Termination

We reserve the right to:

1. Decline or cancel a project for misuse, abuse, or breach of terms

2. Withhold final files if payment is not completed
